2005 Carl Roy Cabernet Sauvignon was one of the hottest wines in WineAccess history. Offered at $50/bottle, it flew out the door with rave customer reviews following.
But the Crisis in Napa hasn't been kind to these young wineries, and in the sensational 2007 vintage, there was another Carl Roy Cabernet (a deep purple fruit blend of Oak Knoll richness and Altas Peak finesse), but it was greeted with a very unfriendly marketplace.
It was slated to be sold at $50. Now it's less than half that at $25 per bottle or $22.99 if you buy a case. They have just 300 cases, which means this deal will sell out quickly.
